She aims to surface the truth to user needs and develop recommendations for successful digital experiences. Michelle loves to talk. When guiding discovery sessions, she builds relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a united path forward.
BRING IT ON
Originally from Illinois, Michelle graduated from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Graphic Design. Interested in the “why” of many of her design choices, she stepped into the world of User Experience, getting certified in 2016 and continuing to improve her skills and techniques around research and best practices. Michelle held previous positions as a digital marketing designer and customer experience transformation consultant.
Michelle moved to Denver in 2019 and enjoys hiking with her dog Mila, road-tripping with her fiancé Bryan, and enjoying a beer or two along the way.
