I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail.
The Answer is Attainable
All problems have a solution, we just have to find it. Issues or projects that seem the most daunting or difficult to begin with, are usually the most rewarding when we find the answer.
There are usually multiple ways to solve a problem. I try to see what I’m not seeing and pick the right solution, not simply the first one.
Fail Faster
I’ve tried a lot of careers in my life. Some I was good at, some I was not. But, I couldn’t let failure stop me from trying. So I kept trying different things, and coding is what stuck. I found I was good at it, and more importantly, I liked it.
When I’m left to my own devices, I find myself tinkering with gadgets and electronics, trying to become the dad from “Honey, I shrunk the kids.” I like playing board games or card games with my family, or D&D with friends.
